A welcoming space to slow down, breathe, reconnect and explore your own way to do well.

Yoga and wellbeing for real life, real bodies and wherever you find yourself today.
Life can ask a lot of us. Sometimes we need a little movement, sometimes a moment of stillness, and sometimes simply the space to stop, breathe and work out what we need.
That's where I come in.
I'm Jack. A yoga teacher and wellbeing facilitator rooted in Suffolk, here to help you find a little more space, strength, comfort and ease in your everyday life.
My approach is grounded, curious and compassionate. I believe wellbeing starts with getting to know yourself, rather than trying to fit yourself into someone else's idea of what feeling well should look like.
Through mindful movement, breathwork and rest, I invite you to tune into your own body, notice what you're feeling and discover what works for you. There's no pressure to perform, no perfect posture to chase and no expectation to arrive feeling a certain way.
Just thoughtful guidance, room to explore, and permission to be exactly where you are.
Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time, finding your way back to a familiar practice or looking for a moment of calm in a busy week, you're welcome here.
Come as you are. Take what you need. Find your own way to do well.
I've always been drawn to the ways we move, express ourselves and connect with the world around us. My own journey has taken me through yoga, theatre and creative practice, shaping the way I teach today: with curiosity, an appreciation for individuality and a belief that there's never just one way to do something.
As a teacher, I'm less interested in what a posture looks like and more interested in how it feels. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, exploring different options and discovering what your own body needs.
You'll find encouragement without expectation, guidance without judgement, and a healthy reminder that you don't have to get everything right.
I'm here to hold the space, share what I've learned and help you find your own way.
Because doing well doesn't mean doing more. Sometimes, it means listening a little closer.

Move with curiosity. Build strength on your own terms. Find comfort and ease in a body that's uniquely yours.

Take the breath, awareness and self-compassion you cultivate on the mat into the way you live, work and rest.

Find welcoming spaces where you can show up as yourself, feel part of something and discover that wellbeing doesn't have to be a solo journey.

Yin Yoga
Wednesdays 7-8pm at Broadlands Wellness studio, Oulton Broad
This is a class to allow yourself time, and space to breathe, and gently relax the body using time and gravity and the support of props and the ground underneath you
Postures are held for 3-5 minutes and muscular engagement gets left at the door as we begin to target your joints, ligaments and connective tissues
Exploring how slower deeper breaths help you to relax further, and how gravity and time allow different areas of your body to open up and rehydrate
You'll improve your understanding of how to relax, flexibility and circulation
And you'll feel like you've had a really good nap
Let softness and stillness in
